ZONE 3 – (Old Room) 

• $350/Deposit 
• $450/Rent

ZONE 4 – ( NEW ½ ROOM) 

• $500/Deposit/Without Alcohol

Alcohol & Dancing allowed  110 people max

Security Fee:

Events held with Alcoholic Beverage and/or 100+ people will be discussed by the department head to determine whether Security is needed and the amount.

Extra Day Pricing:

• 2nd Day – ½ of Original Rental Fee 
• 3rd Day – 1/3 of Original Rental Fee

Items Included in Rental Fee: 

• 60” White Round Tables – Will hold 8 people at each table
• 8ft Iron Rectangle Tables 
• Cocktail Tables 
• White Fold-out Chairs 
• Set up all Tables & Chairs before the event

Hours of Usage: 

• 6:00 AM the morning of the event until midnight the night of the event

Booking Events:

Rooms are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and a deposit is required on the day of booking
