- Security must be present for all events. Security is $35 an hour per officer, per 100 people. Please contact Officer John Humphrey at the Vidalia City Police Department to schedule an off-duty police officer for your event. The VPD number is 912-537-4123.
Extra Day Pricing:
- 2nd Day – ½ of Original Rental Fee
- 3rd Day – 1/3 of Original Rental Fee

- 60” White Round Tables (each table will comfortably seat 8 people)

- White Fold-out Chairs
- Set up all Tables & Chairs before the event
Hours of Usage:
- 6:00 AM the morning of the event until midnight the night of the event
Booking Events:
- Rooms are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and a deposit is required to book your event.
- Please call us at 912-537-7913 or come by the office Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM to make your reservation.
